Top Tip Tuesday # 19

Hi all, and welcome to another Top Tip Tuesday Challenge . I am running a little late today. This was supposed to be posted before I took my Dad to hospital this morning, but I only remembered when I was almost there.
This weeks challenge is Making Flowers out of Hearts/Fabulous Flowers. Leanne has a great tutorial on how to make flowers from hearts. Check it out, you will be amazed . The lovely DT have made some super cards too for your inspiration.
The sponsor this week are Wink Wink Ink and Michelles Scrapbooking and more.
I look forward to seeing all your lovely entries this week.
